3. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All actions performed through your account are your responsibility
  • VelmoraTrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

4. Services Provided

VelmoraTrade provides access to:

  • Financial instruments including forex, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, and CFDs
  • Analytical tools and market data

VelmoraTrade does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management.

5. Trading Conditions

  • All trades are executed electronically
  • Pricing may be derived from liquidity providers or internal pricing mechanisms
  • Market conditions (volatility, spreads, slippage) may vary

VelmoraTrade allows flexible trading strategies, including:

  • Scalping
  • Hedging
  • Arbitrage
  • Algorithmic and high-frequency trading

No restrictions are imposed on trading styles, provided platform integrity is not compromised.

6. Orders and Execution

  • Orders are executed at the best available market price

Execution delays may occur due to:

  • Market volatility
  • Connectivity issues
  • System maintenance

VelmoraTrade is not liable for losses caused by execution delays beyond its control.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Accounts may be funded through approved payment methods
  • Withdrawals will be processed to the original funding source where possible
  • Processing times vary depending on payment providers
  • VelmoraTrade may require identity verification prior to processing withdrawals.

8. Fees and Charges

  • Fees may include spreads, commissions, swaps, or administrative charges
  • All applicable fees will be disclosed on the Platform
  • Fees may be updated with prior notice

9. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may result in loss of capital.

By using VelmoraTrade, you acknowledge that:

  • You fully understand the risks involved
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results

10. Negative Balance Protection

VelmoraTrade provides Negative Balance Protection to retail clients.

  • Clients cannot lose more than their deposited funds
  • If account balance becomes negative, it will be reset to zero

This protection does not apply in cases of:

  • Fraud or illegal activity
  • System exploitation
  • Breach of these Terms

11. KYC and AML Compliance

VelmoraTrade complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Verification

Users may be required to submit:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Proof of address
  • Source of funds documentation

Monitoring

  • Ongoing verification may be required
  • Transactions may be reviewed for suspicious activity

Enforcement

12. Prohibited Activities

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

13. Dormant Accounts and Inactivity Policy

An account is considered Dormant if inactive for 30 consecutive days.

Dormancy Actions

  • Accounts may be archived or restricted
  • Users remain responsible for monitoring their accounts

Reactivation

  • Users may request reactivation
  • Verification may be required

Fees

  • Dormant account fees may apply (if implemented)
  • Users will be notified in advance of any charges

14. Platform Availability

VelmoraTrade does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The Platform may be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • External factors

15. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including software, trademarks, and data, is the exclusive property of VelmoraTrade.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

16. Limitation of Liability

VelmoraTrade shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data

Total liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user.

17. Termination

VelmoraTrade may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Required by law
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

Users may close their accounts at any time.

18. Amendments

VelmoraTrade reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
